Reset the blog

So I wanted to move to blogger for a variety of reasons but moving all my old stuff over here turns out to be more work than I'm likely to do. But rather than continue my procrastination on writing I figured I would just tell you what's up and start writing again.

There's a lot of interesting - to me at least - stuff rattling around in my head and I'll be letting it run out onto this space much more frequently.
